Welcome to my therapy practice. The fact that you’re here suggests that you want to develop better ways to deal with some emotional challenges in your life. You may be feeling stress in your closest relationships - with your partner, your children, a parent or a close friend. Perhaps your unhappiness is situational, such as a work place problem, a divorce or a difficult life transition. Maybe you are finding that you process your unhappiness in unhealthy ways that you are hoping to change. Or, it’s possible that you’ve identified your relationship with yourself as the challenge. All of these situations are part of this journey we call life. The relationship you and I will build in your therapy is an important key to your own personal growth to get to where you want to be. We will work together as you build trust in yourself to make life enhancing changes.
